It's been an exciting winter here at the cabin. We've had snow. Twice. This northwest Florida girl has experienced snow a few times back in Pensacola but never the 10 inches, got snowed in, no electricity, cooking on the wood heater kind of snow that we had in December. Then in January it happened again. I can tell you we were very grateful to be able to sustain here with wood for heating and cooking. And it was SO very beautiful. Check out the pictures below.
Now the dogwoods, red maples, and pear trees are blooming here in the woods so we're onto more beauty still!
