a little drop of life in a
cabin on the river in the woods

It's Fall, Y'all!

Do you find yourself indoors for far too much of your day?  One of the hazards of many careers.  Getting outside is important for many reasons and here's a short, five-item list of healthful benefits of nature published in Health Magazine.  Continue through to the end of this quick read for a suggestion to "trick" your brain into experiencing the great outdoors while stuck at your desk.  The scents and colors of autumn are especially appealing, so on a day when I find myself tied to my desk, which is positioned near a large window, I'll add one of these fragrant and affordable blends to the diffusers in my home.   P.S.  to avoid potential exposure to hormone-disrupting toxins and chemicals which can cause breathing problems for some, ditch the scented candles and commercial air fresheners and opt instead for essential oils.  Send an email to me if you would like more information on what to use and what to avoid.
